Max takes great pride in building the wine list at The Thistle Inn. In 2014, Max attending Pinot Camp in Oregon to bring back a new favorites for the list.
The Thistle Inn represented Boothbay Harbor at the Kennebunkport Wine and Food Festival. Our chef, Tony Bickford, spent an afternoon behind the scenes at The White Barn Inn with Chef Cartwright and The Thistle Inn served delicious bites at the Grand Tapas Wine Tasting Event.
Max has built an excellent wine list that changes with the seasons and evolves through the ongoing selection of vintages and wineries.
