• The Inn is a non-smoking property.
  • We welcome young guests 10 years of age and over.
  • We cannot accommodate pets at this time.
  • Check-in runs from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. If you will not be able to make this check-in time, please give us a call. We are fairly flexible, so please let us know your plans in advance.
  • Breakfast is served from 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. on our front porch, weather permitting, or in our library.
  • Reservations of one or two nights are guaranteed by a charge of 100% of your stay to your debit or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover) at the time of initial booking. Stays of three or more nights are secured with a deposit equal to 50% of your total stay. Upon arrival, guests are responsible for the full reservation as booked. There is no refund for departing early.


Important Cancellation Policy:

  • A cancellation surcharge of $20 will be charged for all cancellations. This will be refunded if you rebook within 6 months of arrival date.
  • If the reservation is cancelled within 10 days of the arrival date, one night will be charged for stays up to four nights; two nights will be charged for stays of five nights or more.
  • If the reservation is cancelled within 2 days of the arrival date we will charge for the full stay.
  • We will refund the entire deposit, except for the $20 cancellation fee if we are able to rent the room to another party.
